The employees of Theravada Corporation have ranks to distinguish among themselves. The highest the rank, the more valuable the employee is for Theravada. Employees go up and down those ranks accordingly to merit, and merit only. The ranks are six and they are the following: Rank 1 - The Goldfish Rank 2 - The Cat Rank 3 - The Dog Rank 4 - The Lion Rank 5 - The Eagle Rank 6 - The Dragon
