Akrelabians

The name comes from the employee of Theravada who postulated their existence (see John Akrelabian). It is deemed by Theravada to be a Type VI civilization in the Kardashev scale and the place became quite a myth in the high echelons of the corporation due to the overwhelmingly high Prif-scale levels detected on the spot.

Little is known about the Akrelabians. They supposed live inside Akrelabium, the spot in Omnispace the crew is supposed to go in the last checkpoint. It is suggested throughout the book that they are a type VI civilization that lives a very hedonistic existence while at the same time being deeply evil and twisted.
